For advocates across India

Your court diary,
kept for you.

LexDeepAI keeps your court diary. Today's cases are listed court by court, the next date goes in with two taps, and every case sits on one register. It works the same in a Tehsil court, a High Court or a tribunal.

  • Tehsil to Supreme Court
  • Your data is never sold
  • The words on your cause list
The LexDeepAI Today screen. Five cases are listed for the day, grouped by court, from the Chief Judicial Magistrate to the Punjab and Haryana High Court, with a timeline of the day's dates above.

The problem

The paper diary has been doing this job alone.

It has served the bar for a hundred years. But it can't remind you, can't be read from outside the chamber, and it takes half your clerk's evening to keep.

i.

Every evening, dates are copied by hand

From the cause list into the diary, from the diary into the register. It takes half an evening, every evening, and one slip is enough.

ii.

One missed date costs a client

A case is called while you are in another court. Dismissed in default, an application to restore, and a phone call you'd rather not take.

iii.

The chamber lives in one book

What happened in Court No. 2 today? Who has the file? Unless you call someone, you only know when you're back at the table.

Keep writing in the paper diary if you like.
LexDeepAI keeps the same dates and reminds you.

The diary

The diary you keep now, without the copying.

In court

Record what happened before you leave the courtroom

Tap Adjourned, then tap the next date. Add a note if you want one. It goes into the diary and the case file together, so nobody copies it again in the evening.

The What happened? sheet for CS 418/2023, Jasvir Gill v. Kuldeep Gill. Adjourned is selected, with next-date buttons for 3 Nov, 10 Nov, 26 Nov and 26 Dec.

Register

Every case on one register

Court, stage, client and next date for every case you hold. Stages follow the kind of case: a criminal trial gets charge and prosecution evidence, a civil suit gets issues and plaintiff's evidence, a revenue matter gets the patwari's report.

The LexDeepAI Cases register listing nine cases with client, court, stage, status and next date, including a writ petition in the Punjab and Haryana High Court and a mutation before the Tehsildar.

Inside the diary

Day book
Every entry, latest on top. When you record what happened on a date, its line writes itself.
Dates
Every listed date across all your courts, in one list.
Calendar
The month at a glance, so a crowded week shows before it arrives.
Tomorrow, the evening before
Tomorrow's cases, court by court, on the same screen as today.
Search in your own words
Look up by case number, party, court, judge, stage or month. Search also understands intkaal, zamanat and raazinama.
Your words

It speaks like your cause list.

Every label comes from eCourts or from the chamber itself. No firm jargon.

A day with LexDeepAI

From the first date to tomorrow's list.

One working day in court, and where the diary fits into it.

Today's list, court by court

At the gate, open Today. Each court's cases are together, with the time, the court number and what each date is for.

Adjourned? Two taps.

Outside Court No. 2, tap Adjourned and tap the date. The next date is in the diary before you reach the next court.

A note while it is fresh

"Accused absent, warrant issued." One line in the note box, and it stays with that date in the day book.

Nothing left to copy

Every date from today is already in the diary. The evening that went into copying the register is free.

Tomorrow, before you sleep

Tomorrow's cases, court by court, so you know which court to reach first.

Our promise, in writing

Your cases are your livelihood. We treat them that way.

These promises are on the paper we sign with every chamber, and they're how the product is built.

  • i.
    Your data belongs to you

We never sell it, share it or show it to anyone: not other advocates, not companies.

  • ii.
Used for your diary, nothing else

Your cases run your diary. They are not used for advertising, for profiling, or for anything you did not ask for.

  • iii.
    Take it all with you

A full copy of your cases whenever you ask. If you leave, we delete everything and confirm in writing.

  • iv.
    Only the people you add

Only you and the juniors and clerks you add can see your cases. Every chamber is walled off from every other.

  • v.
    Backed up every night

If our server has a bad day, your practice doesn't.

Questions

What advocates ask us first.

Do I have to give up my paper diary?

No. Keep writing in it if you like. LexDeepAI keeps the same dates for you, reminds you, and can be read by your juniors and clerk from wherever they are.

Who can see my cases?

Only you and the people you add to your chamber. No other advocate can see them, and we never sell or share them. Our team opens your data only to help you when you ask, or to keep the service running.

Which courts does it understand?

All of them. The Supreme Court, High Courts, district and sessions courts, civil and criminal courts, family courts, special courts (NDPS, POCSO, SC/ST, PMLA), consumer commissions, motor accident claims tribunals, tribunals such as DRT, CAT, AFT and RERA, and revenue courts. We started with chambers in Punjab, so Punjab's court list is the most detailed today.

Is it in English, Hindi or Punjabi?

The screens are in the English of your cause list and orders. Search understands the words you use aloud. Type intkaal, zamanat or raazinama and it finds the right cases.

What happens if I stop using it?

Ask, and we give you a full copy of your cases. You can delete your account yourself from Settings at any time, and we confirm deletion in writing if you ask. How deletion works.

What does it cost?

We are working with a small group of founding chambers right now and agree fees with each one in writing. The demo is free and uses your own cases.

Founding chambers

Sit with us for twenty minutes. See your own cases in LexDeepAI.

We come to your chamber or the bar room, load your real cases, and show you tomorrow's dates. Then you decide.
